killua stares at gon sometimes when gon's asleep and he knows its creepy and he really shouldn't be doing this but he's just really afraid that gon will leave or get tired of him. he's scared that if he closes his eyes and wakes up, gon won't be there

gon loves loves lOVES killua a lot and he knows that killua loves him back -- it's so obvious to him that he feels like he doesn't need to say it out loud at all??? unfortunately, killua is not that confident about gon's feelings for him and he's too scared to ask gon about it so basically killua thinks he's in a one-sided relationship

so let's say they're all a bit older and they hit puberty. gon is actually asexual and doesn't really have any urges other than traveling and adventure. unfortunately, puberty for killua is hell and he just wants to make out and cuddle with gon all the damn time. gon lets him because he loves killua a lot and he likes it when killua is happy.

A 'Need to Know' Basis  by SilverThunder This fic probably has the best characterization I've ever read of Gon yet. A lot of times people write Gon like this innocent little thing that needs gentle, loving care, when in fact, Gon is difficult as hell to deal with and his curiosity and lack of shame knows no bounds. 

Limits by SilverThunder This one is just really cute, and it's a believable portrayal of Killua handling his Emotions™. There's also hints of Leorio/Kurapika if you tilt your head and squint.

A Catalogue of Gon & Killua's Forays into Various Other Professions on Their Road to Domesticity, & How They Were Only Marginally Unsuccessful by moonythestrals The title is pretty self-explanatory. Gon and Killua grow up, try to find jobs, fail to find jobs, mess up on their jobs, and live happily ever after.

Free Samples by windlily Not exactly shippy and Gon doesn't even appear in it, but it's a lovely interpretation of Killua's feelings for Gon post chapter 339. Contains major manga spoilers.

The Domesticity Arc by Mina Lightstar (ukefied) This is mostly about Leorio/Kurapika and their happy, domestic life, but Killua/Gon gets focus from time to time and they also have their own relationship issues.

Ice-Cream and Chocolate by factorielle This is the Killua/Gon ship manifesto, which transferred from LJ to AO3. It's really well done and talks about additional Killua/Gon moments from extra content like the musicals, but its manga content only covers up to the beginning of the Chimera Ant Arc (which is a shame because the latter half of CAA is where Killua/Gon truly gets emotional).

I’m not shy at all but I’m reserved so I just never said I had a crush, and i also didn’t want to give away who it was. But sometimes it made me feel like I was going to explode, so after a year I had to tell someone. But yeah, it’s a pain.
