Finally this piece came out on my Shostakovich Pandora station! I've been waiting for like two months for this song to randomly show up. It's gonna be a good day! #classical #shostakovich #festiveoverture (at Downtown El Paso)

zyprexa ain't got shit on Shostakovitch.
In my defense, lady who just inched away from me on BART, it was Shostakovitch's Festive Overture followed immediately by the Overture to Candide, and I have both congenital percussionist's disease and acquired percussionist's disease, so yes, I may have appeared to be seizing or schizophrenic to the untrained eye, but you were perfectly safe. be glad I'm in the middle of Kitchenering k1p1 rib, otherwise you'd have probably fled the train altogether. (and now I've written shostakovitch too many times and it looks alien and wrong. also, is kitchenering verbable? to kitchener, kitchenering, have fucked it up completely again, kitchenered? sounds like a plausible conjugation.) ((this is why you don't give classicists alcohol, by the way.))
