It didn't cost much to get the officers stationed outside to let her see the body. A box of donuts and batting eyelashes could get a woman anywhere they wanted to go with that band of idiots.
She looked down at the body stretched across the morgue table, cold from the freezer it had been left in to slow the decomposition process. Blonde hair, catlike features, and a tag on the foot bearing her name. This was the one. She was dead, stone cold, dead. Luckily for Feya, she could work with that.
"Take them out." She spoke into her earpiece to the ninjas waiting outside, at her command they broke into the precinct, "And remember, no killing, we're not murderers... Anymore." She reminded over the grunting, screams, clattering of items, and undoubtedly misfired gunshots. She watched as one of her ninjas lifted the body and hoisted it over their shoulder, "Make sure to grab the video tapes, we don't want this getting out."
Of course, the police never connected the dots between this 'Felicia Hardy' and Black Cat. To them it was just another wealthy person murdered. No wonder why they'd just left her body in the morgue for so long. They simply didn't care.
Her body had been viscously cut open- not from an autopsy, but by the murderer's knife. For any normal person, it'd be a horrid sight.
Blue eyes stared at nothing. Terror still written on her features. It was everything except peaceful.
Her body is still somewhat stiff when the ninja picked her up, but hey, at least there's no blood or other bodily fluids to leave a trail.
