How bout Steak then? :D I hear ya wanted to do one for him 😂
a/n: here you go anon! choosing words for steak was pretty fun tbh so i hope that what i picked is okay!
and oooof/// sorry for the delay in getting this out. it took me a little bit to be happy with what i scribbled down and then typed onto here-- which it changed a good bit from paper to here lol.
1. — summoned
Steak has and most likely never will get used to how disorienting being summoned is, but pushing his discomfort aside when he opens his eyes he resist the urge to wipe that smug little grin off of Red Wine’s face who stood beside with who he assumes to be his new Master Attendant.
“This body, this heart, and this sword in my hands shall forever be loyal to you!” Steak made a grand show of each piece of him that is loyal to you. Pointing at himself in reference to his body, pounding his hand against his heart, and resting his hands on both of his swords.
“See. I told you that I work well as a good luck charm to summon this brute!” Red Wine’s voice was filled with that little teasing tone of voice and Steak let himself start bickering with his old friend.
His Master Attendant laughing all the while.
2. — massage
“Gah my shoulders are sore, I’m going to take a bath.” Steak didn’t expect his worlds to grab his Attendant’s attention nor the fact that they would offer to give his shoulders a message to help further relax his shoulders after his bath. So Steak stayed in the bath longer than needed and when he did leave it he was stiff as a board when he sat down in front of you.
Your hands worked out his stiff muscles, helping to relax him that he eventually leaned into your touch and missed it when the massage was over.
“Hey, Attendant...”
“Yes Steak?”
“Thanks.”
3. — shield
Everything is a blur, the Fallen had gotten the jump on them, forcing your Food Souls to surround you in a fast, messy but efficient shield to protect you from harm. Your voice mixed with the voices of your Food Souls while you provided support from the back where all the Fallen have been cleared away.
“Steak you lout stay back with the Attendant!” Red Wine’s familiar, but often grating on his nerves voice drag Steak’s focused attention on the Fallen in front of him, with two swings from his mighty blades the Fallen in front of him vanished.
With a mighty yell, Steak cleared out the lot that threatened to overwhelm Red Wine, who gave him a nod of thanks before pushing further with his attack, their fellow Food Souls joining him. A small yell of his name from you is all Steak heard before his vision blurred, his body felt as if it was on fire, and he realized that he had been impaled by the familiar limb of a Uke Mochi. Whom lifted him up and threw him towards you.
“Steak!” your voice sounded strained, breaking under your emotions as your warm hands explore his body (the warmth from your hands feel so good) your touches are short-lived as the Uke Mochi reared back for another attack, moving his body despite it screaming for him to not do exactly that, he covers your body with his own.
Taking the lashings from each of Uke Mochi’s attack, gritting his teeth while the cool tingling and warm feeling of healing magic wash over his form. Taking the pain away only for a cruel hot lash of it to sting his skin as it tries to heal over, he doesn’t notice when the attack stopped or when you had started crying.
4. — Pledged
The weight of his wounds makes Steak groan, his eyes blurry and his mouth felt as dry as a riverbed on a summer day. The sound of movement and a warm hand holding his own has Steak turning his head. Seeing you relived, a bit tear-stained cheeks as you hold his hand and kiss his knuckles. Steak cannot stop himself from saying something that has become a common thing between the two of you.
“My shoulders are sore.” Steak watched as your face changed from that sad expression that had overtaken your relived one and turn into a smile. A smile that he would give anything to see.
“I can fix that.” your voice breaks, a dam having been opened as you lean down and just lay against him. Ear over his heart to listen to the sound of his heartbeat, even though you could feel it through the bond, beating proudly and strong.
Steak holds you close, unable to stop himself from placing kisses on the crown of your head. Breathing in the scent of your shampoo and scent helps to relax his stiff limbs a bit, and it seems to help you as well. Face still hidden in your hair Steak speaks.
“Hey, Attendant... I wanted to ask you this with a flower, or somewhere romantic, but... tie yourself to me. For as long as you can have me, I’d like to have you by my side. Pledge with me Attendant.”
Your eyes shined, the smile on your face is contagious as Steak is smiling as well, while you leaned forward kissing his lips he could feel the bond, his Contract with you becoming even stronger and God’s it... it feels really, really nice.
“I do Steak.”
“The connection between us seems to have progressed past that of master and servant... what a great honor! The burning sensation in my stomach it’s so hot. I can’t stand it, but... Attendant, it feels wonderful.”
A/N: I’ve been in foodfan hell for well over half of a year now and I just keep coming back to the beefy man, what can i say ;u;
Pairing: Steak x MA
Fandom: Food Fantasy
“Steak? Steak!” MA had been calling out, looking around corners cautiously and keeping their eyes searching.
They bit they inside of their cheek, twisting their lips to the side in a pout. Where could he have gone? It wasn’t as though their makeshift bodyguard was hard to lose—he was a pretty burly man with the height to boot, besides, how could they ever miss those horns when they glint in the sun after a solid polish? It was obvious now by the lack of enthusiastic answer that he must not have been around the restaurant and they decided to press their staff for answers.
“Have any of you seen Steak?”
“No, and I do my best to keep it that way.”
“Red Wine, please,” MA sighed, “Save it for another time. Anyone else have an actual useful answer for me?”
“I saw him head towards the market, maybe he’s there?” Gingerbread offered, jabbing Red Wine in the side as he rolled his eyes. “Kept mumbling to himself about something, seemed like he was on some sorta mission.”
“Alright...” MA turned to head out, eyes drawn to the floor in thought. What kind of mission would he be on? What was so important to him at this very moment that he needed to leave without letting them know? It’s not as though they demand he tell them, of course, but knowing how efficient he tends to be, the silence was... odd.
“You know where he went, don’t you?” Gingerbread asked once their Master Attendant had left the room.
“Of course,” Red Wine smirked, “But it’ll be much more interesting if they found him on their own.”
MA made their way through the crowd at the market, weaving through people and stepping on their tiptoes every so often in attempt to catch that familiar polished glint above the crowd, but to no avail. Talking to frequently visited shop owners and familiar townspeople led to dead ends as well. How far could he have gone? Through the town? Out towards the woods? MA knew they shouldn’t be worried seeing as he was able to hold his own—he does protect them constantly, after all, but it had started to get late, and seeing as they were committed to the search, they felt obligated to see it to the end.
Playing a quick game of chance, the outcome led their search to the woods; Treading lightly to avoid any potential fallens, but contradicting themselves by calling out for the missing man. Ducking under branches and tripping over overgrown roots every now and again, MA almost cheered when they saw a clearing in the distance.
Hundreds of brightly coloured wild flowers bloomed in said clearing, swaying softly with the breeze. They were over grown as well, all standing much taller than the usual—MA wondered if it would be a good spot to bring the younger food souls to play. Among the flowers, however, a bright red hue stood out against the rest, a polished gleam blinding them when the sun had moved just right.
‘Steak?’ they thought to themselves—finally! They took a few steps forward before an aggravated voice stopped them in their tracks.
“No!” Steak had yelled out, standing up suddenly. “That isn’t right!”
It was obvious he had been talking to himself as they could only see his back, but what had him so worked up? Instead of calling out to him, they quietly moved a bit closer while remaining hidden to hear just what mission he apparently set out to do.
“This one won’t do. No, neither will this one!” He huffed, turning to look at a different patch of flowers, “No! It has to be perfect—no ordinary flower will do.”
He crouched down, almost eye level with the flowers in front of him, giving them a highly critical look. His calloused fingers reached out to brush the petals gently, caressing each one; A faint smile passed his lips, eyes moving from critical to tender.
“It’s not that you aren’t beautiful in your own ways, but MA deserves the best of the best. They need a flower that can rival their beauty. I’m not giving up until I find such a flower, so I hope you all keep me company until then.”
The tender-hearted way he spoke to these plants, whom he knows cannot reply back to him, tugged on MA’s heart strings. For such a brawny man, Steak was surely gentle at heart—it was something MA truly treasured in him, and something that really got their blood pumping. Their face had suddenly grown hot with a bright blush, though they brushed it off as the effect from the sun; Their smile matched the tone of his as they quietly made their way back to their restaurant—there was no need to disturb him on such an important mission, right?
“Did you find him?” Red Wine called over his shoulder as they pushed through the doors.
“No,” their blush flared up once again as they ducked their head, briskly walking through the room to avoid their own embarrassment, “Not at all.”
Red Wine smirked to himself, shaking his head a bit at the idea of a romance blooming between the two thick-heads. He had to admit; it was entertaining to watch the awkward little dance the two of them did around their feelings.
It was probably silly, how his chest burned whenever your eyes so much as looked away from him. Focusing on a conversation, another Food Soul or Guild Mate-- it was hard to smother out that fire in his chest that glows and burns red hot whenever your not paying attention to him.
So when he finally sees a small opening, a chance to pull you away for just a moment. Steak tilts your chin up towards his face, his heart beating like mad and the burning in his chest seemed to fade away in an instant when your eyes focused on him.
“Keep your eyes on me, Attendant.” Steak’s voice is rough, frayed around the edges so much that he knew you would notice, and waited for you to reprimand him for asking you something so bold and yet the only response he received was your hands cupping his face and giving him a quick kiss on the lips.
“Only if you keep your eyes on me in return Steak.” your mouth is so close to his that he can feel your breath, and it’s like you are speaking your words directly into his mouth. A thought that he savors as he meets your lips in another kiss.
a/n: you sure can anon!! sorry for the delay in getting this out! busy with work and figuring out how i want to write these has been pretty fun!
In all meanings, Steak feels like a clumsy oaf as Red Wine would often call him during their arguments, but he wanted this to be special for you. Something that you would remember for as long as the two of you have together, but he went and made a mistake in the beginning, snapping at you to leave him alone resulting in you looking at him with such a sad expression that Steak’s slow reach to grab your wrist, to spoil his grand idea you had already run away.
Steak rolls the ring in his hand around, the weight of it seemed even heavier than the Magic Ink he had purchased earlier in the day. The ring, a bit plain in terms of looks from what he’s seen at human jewelry stores and on other humans, he put his entire heart into making it. Plain, but strong. Like his heart and blades, just like he swore to you when he was summoned, but now the ring would add his love along with it.
So when you walked in, Steak was stunned for a moment, hitting his knee on the table and biting back a curse. The sound of your laughter has his heart hammering against his chest, he has to calm down and breath. The ring safely placed into his pocket the dinner goes on without a problem, and when he moves to pull your chair out.
He drops down onto one knee, his plain ring that he made for you resting in the palm of his hand. The weight from earlier vanished, his heart soared when you said yes. Wrapping your arms around his neck, all Steak could do was smile as he kissed you with every emotion he could muster.
Once the two of you Pledged yourselves to one another, smiles on your faces.
I just got steak today and my god he is beautiful. So is it okay if I request an aid prompt with steak? Thanks!
a/n: handsome man and sweetheart beef man. here you go anon!
ask is from this post right here!
The task is simple enough something that you could do in your sleep, but Steak is determined to help you out with your morning walk through the fresh market before the restaurant opens. Ever a solid fixture in your day to day having Steak standing beside you, looking for the best ingredients, prices and such it all feels so natural like he’s been coming to the market with you the entire time.
After making some good deals, a trip to the construction company to increase your restaurant's size and the two of you are making your way back home. Steak with both hands holding the bags of purchased goods while he walked beside you.
“Hey Steak.”
“Yes, Master Attendant?”
“Thank you for coming with me to the market. It was very sweet of you and helps me out greatly. Would you like to join me again tomorrow morning?” You asked, noticing how Steak’s face looks slightly pink, as he replies.
“I would greatly appreciate it if you allowed for me to join you again Attendant.” the smile on Steak’s face and the happy tone of his voice has you smiling as well.
