I wonder if Regis left a note to Cid in the car, exactly where the sabotage of the Regalia happened, explaining everything that would come to happen. A long letter to explain everything, to apologise for the time apart, for his father's mistakes in raising the actual, physical wall, for failing to protect the territory outside of Insomnia. I love the thought that Ignis would start developing a cookbook for people who struggle with picky eating, full of professional research and personal anecdotes on how best to accommodate a picky eater, creating a safe environment to try new foods, hiding vegetables where needed, supporting the use of alternative nutrition if it's severe (protein bars, meal replacement shakes). I think his care for Noctis developing into a wonderful cookbook would lead to a tiny revolution in Lucis on how to deal with picky eaters

Cornyx that are just a bundle of unhealthy behaviours. Nyx who doesn't eat breakfast except drinking a triple shot espresso (and then wonders why he's all wired and weird). Cor who doesn't sleep until he's falling asleep on his desk. Them going like "that's unhealthy" at each other but nothing changes

Cor would be the kind of person to be a walking stack of unhealthy habits, but the one thing he does not compromise on is eating a good breakfast. He breaks out the (gross) multigrain bread that somehow always is damp even after being baked in the oven for an hour and covers it with ham (lunch meat), cheese and slices of cucumber. If he somehow doesn't have the time for it two protein bars will suffice until lunch. If he has to.

Nyx doesn't get this at all. He's got his spiced triple shot espresso and that's enough
