Mother and Child Rice Bowl --------- one of Noctis's favorites and also mine! -------
ingredients
100g Chicken Drumstick Meat (Season with 1tablespoon soya sauce and 1 teaspoon wine)
½ onion (thinly-sliced)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon olive oil (add to heated skillet)
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon wine
50ml water
1. Season the chicken meat with 1 tablespoon soya sauce and 1 teaspoon wine for 2 hours.
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Use a fork to beat them together well.
3. Put a skillet over a low-medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil and cook the onions until softened.
4. Add chicken meat and fry until golden brown. Add 50ml water, 2 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 teaspoon wine and cook for further 5 minutes.
5. When the sauce in the skillet is largely reduced, turn off the heat (important!). Add the eggs and stir gently. The heat of the skillet will continue to cook the eggs to perfection.
