I like to think that Barret and Sephiroth fucked before the events in ff7 and Barret, realizing through Cloud that Sephiroth is the main villain, stopped responding to him. That may conflict with ff7, idk (I didn't complete it yet, gotta farm skills and that's boring...).

So, is Final Fantasy 7 Remake Integrate the next game in the series, or is it just a Final Mix situation?
Because, yes, FF7R was fun to play... But I'm glad I got it for free with Ps+ because it wasn't very satisfying, and definitely doesn't feel like a complete game in and of itself.
