WHY THEY ARE NOTABLE:
Newly appointed as Cape May's Police Chief, The Sacrificing Shrewd has already run into some controversy. There are some people, both residents and colleagues alike that seem to be under the impression she might not be the best for the role. While no one has come out and said as much, she knows some of these hesitations come from the fact she is a female. It's nothing she hasn't dealt with before though, in her masculine dominated profession. Honestly though, there are a lot of people who support her. Finding her incredibly clever with good judgement. Which are both things to be valued in her line of work. She isn't one to let the negative opinions of others affect her though, and works hard at her job. Besides, she knows she's deserving of her new position. She's spent years dedicated to the Cape May Police force. At what cost though? She'd never been good at juggling, and often times, things in her own personal life get ignored over work.
