Did Sasuke ever redeem himself????

Personally, I don’t think so and that’s not his, being a fictional character, fault.

While I can sympathize and understand Sasuke’s actions throughout the series, I do feel as though he handled things in a very poor way. However, he was a teenager so it’s understandable.

Now what isn’t understandable is him knocking up and leaving his wife to go on a personal journey. That isn’t his fault, it’s the fault of Kishimoto’s bad writing when it came to the end of the series.

To me, that was a very out of character thing for him to do - he lost everything at a young age, I don’t think he’d want to do that to other people. Even if he is cold, he does still empathize with others like himself.

Had that not been the case and instead he stayed around or he never became a dad, then I would say he redeemed himself. Unfortunately, that act of him leaving once more while he had a child and spouse is a bit self centered and, to me personally, makes him exempt from redemption.
