I wish that Red Robin wasn’t CONSIDERABLY shorter than Robin 93 because I know so many people who that’s their ONLY Tim centric thing they’ve read and they just think he’s like that all the time….imagine people thinking you at your lowest was just you. I try so hard every time I give recs to be like listen I know you want the angst and I know fandom has hyped this up for you but I am begging you to read as much of Robin 93 first as you can. Please.

how would the akatsuki wear masks?

Pein knows that his undead puppet bodies can’t contract covid and doesn’t care about making other people uncomfortable, but he would be a little nervous about infecting his weak main body? so i think he usually simply would not wear a mask, but if he knew he would be in contact with his True Self within two weeks, he’d wear one...but only one of the thin, disposable masks. 

Konan double masks properly. She wears a surgical mask first, then layers a nice cloth mask over it. The cloth mask probably has an insert for a filter, which she uses.

Itachi triple masks and wears a face shield. The mans is actively dying of a respiratory disease - he doesn’t need to let the rona catch him slacking and take him out before Sasuke does!!!

Kisame wears a mask properly for Itachi’s sake when he’s around him, but will pull it down beneath his nose whenever he can get away with it. 

Hidan only owns a mask so he can strap it to his forehead if he’s trying to enter an establishment that requires masks. He can’t die. He doesn’t give a fuck. He’d actually love to see how many people he can take out accidentally. 

Kakuzu already wears a mask. He acts like he’s unbothered, but he secretly layers another mask beneath his regular mask for extra protection. He’s old as shit and while he’s healthy, it would be pretty humiliating to be taken out this way.

Deidara would only wear a mask out of self-preservation, but he doesn’t like it. However, he does really like the way he can get all of these cool custom cloth masks to work with his aesthetic. At the beginning, he would be terrible at remembering masks. But once people start really going to town on like Etsy and redbubble selling the cute fun masks, he can commit. 

Sasori doesn’t wear a mask because he (a) can’t get sick and (b) takes great pleasure in making other people uneasy. 

Tobi wears a mask under his regular orange mask ONLY because of the Obito within that is genuinely looking to avoid death by horrid disease. But he coughs regularly and loudly to be a menace. 

Zetsu kind of wears a mask? One side of him wants to do his part and it’s so easy!!! But the other part wants to be Demonic so really he just exhibits angry boomer retail worker behavior in that he’ll wear it, but very frequently just snatch it down or fling it off one ear proclaiming he can’t breath and he hates them.
