OC for Final Fantasy XII - Miola Evelia Solidor

This is one of those characters who are always somewhere in the back of your mind. Now that Zodiac Age was released, maybe she will get her story completed.

So Evelia would be a sister to Larsa and Vayne. She is the second youngest child to Emperor Gramis. She has no desire to become an empress and rather leaves that role to one of her brothers. Evelia runs away from home to see how things really are in the Imperial-occupied kingdoms, and doesn’t like what she sees. She lives in Rabanastre under the false name of Milly by the time when Vayne is appointed as the city’s new consul. That is when she meets Vaan and Penelo.

Poor Balthier for having two princesses from rivaling nations aboard his airship.

I call this the grasshopper suit. Maybe because its green and has no separate shoes? I got an inspiration to draw this again when I found a sketch of her from 2010.

My FFXII OC Solona

From a middle class Archades family, Solona was always talented at magick, but she resents the fact that she and her family did nothing in the years of the war. She decides to travel to Dalmasca for Queen Ashelia B’nargan Dalmasca’s coronation, and her life is forever changed when she’s caught up in a plot involving Ashe and her former companions.

(and before you ask, yes, she romances zargabaath, and yes, she’s kind of the tarja of the ffxii universe)

I don’t have much polished art, but these are some sketches I did a bit ago to figure out some ffxii oc designs. The viera Njr (“near”) who would be uhlan/red battlemage and primarily uses spears as their weapon. And the esper they find who doesn’t have a name yet (probably something to do with mirrors??) who has both water and holy element attacks.

I’ve been playing FFXII: TZA a lot, so I’ve been thinking about an old viera oc I made back when I played the original game. I can’t find the sketchbook I first drew and wrote notes about them in, but I’m almost certain I named them Njr (like “near”).

I made them a sky pirate way back, but I feel like they’re too tired for all that derring-do. Now they’re just an exiled viera with a bad habit of seeking out areas with high concentrations of Mist and looking for a connection to the land again.
