@squareenix @squareenixusa The Holy Shield with Curtana Zenith mock-up. I’m enjoying the proportions of these two together- it’ll be really nice looking. I can’t wait to get the straps, padding and guige attached and then skin it for the details. :) I really cannot wait to get some plexiglass for the center of Curtana. I’ve got a pretty okay plan, I think. Okay, so now it’s shield-press time! In order to make the shield, we need to make the press first. My husband and I worked really hard to bring this to life, using MDF for the ribs and 2x4’s for the frame. It’s built like a brick shithouse. I got to cut out and sand the ribs, as well as learn how to use a pocket hole jig to predrill. I also got to mark out where the ribs are gonna go and attach them to the frame my husband made.
