The above scene takes place in my upcoming ffxv fanfic, What Makes a Monster, in an alternate version of the Episode Prompto DLC. This time, Penna is along for the ride, having used her daemon abilities to track Prompto and rescue him after he got separated from the party. The duo almost manage to escape the frozen wasteland of Niffelheim, but they are ambushed by a familiar foe...
