Happy Birthday, Ignis!! Time flies, doesn’t it? Just wanted to let you know that as of today, the Unofficial FFXV Community Cookbook has been converted into web format! 💖

Backstory: some time ago I was at the grocery store and decided on a whim to cook up some Burly Bean Bowl from the cookbook over the weekend. Just one problem: I didn’t want to waste 70MB of my data plan on a giant PDF file just to access one page! So, here we are :)

So I cooked @mymainisacook‘s Veggie Medley Stew from the Unofficial FFXV Community Cookbook! Well with a few modifications because I couldn’t get all the ingredients. But it turned out to be really nice!!! And it’s quite simple too.

Also because while I made this a few headcanons popped into my mind. While the stew was easy to cook the preparation takes longer. So I imagined that probably there has to be some order between the guys as to who chops the vegetables for the evening. Can you imagine Noctis being all whiny because he has to cut the greens? But then Ignis is sharpening his kitchen knives and gives Noct a look that stops him right there xD Or Prompto’s eyes getting all teary and red from the onion while he loudly announces that he’s just mourning the poor veggies. And maybe even Gladio would admit that even though it took 10x as long as a cup noodle it is kind of worth it when they have the time to cook.

So all in all I definitely added it to my usual recipehs~~~*

Made the Croque Madame from the #ffxvcookbook for breakfast. Not as expertly done as Ignis but I already feel fancy for even attempting this on a Monday 😄 #food #instagram
