Actually I bought a 1.4kg-beef. Half for the roasted beef yesterday and half for this Garulessandwich today.
My family said they don't wanna eat steak anymore in a short period of time 😂

Ingredients:
700g beef eye of round roast
50ml soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 table spoon wine
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 Onions (cut to wedges)
3 gloves garlic (keep the garlic skin)
3 slices of bread
Mustard (optional)
1. Season the beef with soy sauce, sugar, wine, pepper. Rest for 1 night.
2. Preheat oven to 230C. Put onions and garlic into a roasting tin and sit the beef on top.
3. Roast in oven for 15~20mins for medium rare.
4. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let rest for 15 mins before cutting the beef to 3 big pieces.
5. Toast your bread. Spread on some mustard (if you like), layer over the beef and bread.
