Made a Deadlock-style portrait for my WoL's RPHub profile! More lore below the cut.

Fia in RP isn't actually a WoL, I just have that version in my head for the MSQ. In RP, she's a Garlean half-breed from Werlyt, raised in the imperial capital under pressure from her noble family and ostracization from her peers. A talented magitek engineer, when her father passed, she joined the XIVth, and whatever ideals she might've held toward Garlemald washed away in a tide of blood. An inherited soul crystal in hand, she took up a heavy blade against her nation, so that she might protect those that would be crushed in its iron reach. Guarded and sardonic, yet protective and kind, Fia is a woman struggling as guilt both weighs her down and drives her forward. She's found something of a place on the star thanks to a chance encounter with a fellow wielder of the Abyss, though whether she can shoulder her burdens, open up to the love of her comrades, and march ever onward, or if she will be crushed beneath sorrow and self-destruction, remains to be seen...

Who Brings Shadow

Finally drew my WoL/main XIV RP character, Fia, in all her Dark Knight glory. I really punished myself by putting her in that armor, but I'm very happy with this sketch, even if it got very out of hand and I'm now unsure if I'll be able to do it justice when i render it.
