Edward Masterson. He’s inspired by @/pastelsherbert’s Cookie Interp, (I still miss you, Sherbert) and I tried not to copy her Interp directly. He hosts Fibbage Reborn.
The reason why in the doodle he’s asking DJ where “the towers” are is because he was in some Never-Ending Nightmare dimension for 25 years, breaking free in 2025. As for what happened to cause him to fall into the Never-Ending Nightmare, it’s… a long story.
I’d also like to say that Fibbage Reborn would have a Garden of Eden Motif
