Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen. 1 medium apple, cored and chopped. 2 tablespoons chia seeds. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a blender, combine almond milk, frozen banana, chopped apple, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
