BBQ beef ribs with a dry rub that is full of flavor and a glaze made of smoky BBQ sauce. Great for a summer cookout or anyone who likes BBQ!
Ingredients: 3 lbs beef ribs. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 2 tbsp brown sugar. 1 tbsp paprika. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1 tsp cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create a dry rub. Rub the dry rub all over the beef ribs, ensuring they are well-coated. Place the ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 15 minutes on each side, or until they develop a nice crust. Brush the BBQ sauce over the ribs, coating them evenly. Continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Check for doneness by inserting a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the ribs; it should read 145F 63C. Once done, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
