With all my health problems it’s hard for me to exercise. BUT I’ve started doing arm circles at work between calls. So far I’ve done 400 today. 200 each way backwards and forwards. I bought 2 pound weights to start bringing when I get more used to it. It’s not much but it’ll tone my arms!
When I can I’m gonna buy restaunce bands to to try to regain some flexibility. Cause I only seem to be flexible during sex and that’s annoying.
