Fibro Study

I got accepted into a local study for people with Fibromyalgia. Hoping I will find some helpful stuff while doing this. There is no medication, it is based more on the emotional and psychological aspect and what causes flares. It is run by Wayne State and University of Michigan so i feel very comfortable in the legitimacy of this study. I go tonight for a 2-3 hour physical, then get a bracelet thingy I wear for a couple weeks to monitor heart-rate and things like that. Then in 2 weeks we start having meeting once a week for a couple months. Am kinda looking forward to getting out once a week and talking to other people about what we are all going through. There is monetary compensation for the physical and each time you wear the bracelet, so that is always an added bonus. Honestly though I am more interested in getting out and seeing what other people do that helps them. also hopeful that this study may get information that can help.
