ooh, for the WIP meme, I am intrigued by several but What The Vet Never Told You gets my vote!
WTVNTY started out as a fic, then I had plans to turn it into an original thing, then turned into a fic again because of reasons I won’t go into dfghj
it’s a magical realism story about a witch, bucky, who gets adopted by a stray cat who turns out to be a familiar (aka a being that can channel magic), then turns out to be a shapeshifter familiar stuck in cat form (steve). the story is about them growing closer, while also trying to un-cat steve, and work out who did it and why! a snip:
