"here's how to change the publishing date to keep it on the front page for longer!" what the hell are you people talking about. lunchtime detention effective immediately.

Remember that when you read fanfic, most writers aren't native English speakers and they write in a language that isn't their own so that other people, especially native English speakers, can read it, so keep that in mind before judging

Y'all, do any of you writers do a patreon or ko-fi for original fiction, and if so, do you ever merge it with fic creation? I'm curious how people do that all and if it's perceived negatively or positively in fic communities?

I love making stuff and sharing it as a gift and I'm fully committed to the joy of that, but I've got a patreon situation to support my creative fiction and creative nonfiction original writing and I'm wondering how people manage it all and their own energies. I've seen a few really popular writers have ko-fis and it seems like a lovely way to show appreciation, but it doesn't seem common. Any thoughts?

Idk what eyk is trying to gain? Reviewing kpop fanfictions? It will create more dramas and unwanted attention for the ficdom. There are many people who aren't familiar with the ficdom within their audience, there are even idols who watch their video. Just stay the fuck out of it if you're not part of it and not gonna respect people's work. Leave the fanworks within the fandom ffs. I totally understand the authors locking,deleting their journals. There is no way in hell they'd get any permission from the author tho. Good luck.
