"Haha! Can't catch me now Sperky!" Chira crowed, sticking her tongue out the corner of her mouth and tilting her body, as if it would make the vehicle turn any harder than the game controller already was. She'd released a banana onto Sperx's path a mere moment before, and was now basking in the triumph of passing Sperx in her favorite video game, a feat of huge proportions.
"I hate bananas." the pilot muttered. Raising her voice she put her bravado back on. "Yeah, enjoy it while it lasts, Kid. That was a lucky shot!" she paused.
"And don't call me that!"
"C'mon Sperx, lighten up!" Neo called, "There's a billion worse things we could call you!"
"Yeah!" Tilly chimed in. "Like-"
Oh please, Sperx begged silently, still piloting the digital ship, Tilly for the love of Shuggazoom don't-
"Perky Sperky!" her green sister shouted gleefully. Sperx groaned. Gibson looked up from her book.
"Yes! and Jerky Sperky!" she said, smirking, from her bubble chair.
"Shut up, Brainpain!" Sperx spat.
"Quirky Sperky!" Chira and Tilly chorused.
"Lurky Sperky..." Antauria ventured.
"Oh not you too, Antauria!" Sperx was despairing now. She facepalmed. This proved to be a bad idea, as her vehicle crashed into the wall of the track. The red pilot just sighed and walked out of the room.
The next week, needless to say, involved everyone coming up with more rhymes to "Sperky" and dropping them on her when she least expected it.
