hiii, I have a question to those in the general audience of this blog :3

sooooo long story short we have a TON of anime fictives. we aren't Japanese though so they've all changed their names.

But since we can use Chinese names, is it ok for us to use the same/similar pronunciation of the name but spelled with Chinese characters, even if a name is more commonly used as a Japanese name?
