Fiddlehead Fern Asparagus Risotto

This was really delicious it just loses a point because it wants you to use a ridiculous amount of pots, pans, and bowls. The risotto is creamy and the cheese adds a very pleasant saltiness. The asparagus has a surprisingly strong lemon flavor from the zest, but isn't overwhelming.
There aren't any fiddleheads in my area (I checked. Frequently.) so I went with the suggested substitution.
Would make this again but a way simplified version.
