One million babies
So I was watching Columbo and he gets this new dog, picked it up at the pound, and he's trying to think of a name, what's he gonna call this dog? And his vet, cos he's taken the dog to get his shots you see, his vet suggests Fido. Apparently, it's Latin, goes as far back as the Romans, it means 'faithful', or something along those lines. Fascinating huh. They used to say it 'Feedo'. The more you know.
Oh uh... Just one more thing-
Tamora Pierce had Alanna name her magic god-cat Fido.
my favorite musical instrument is when people call a dog by giving their thigh a slap. why does that work? do dogs just like that sound?
