15. Did they graduate? High-School? College? Do they have a PHD? A GED?
Gideon ends up finishing school at Hogwarts, but it’s mostly because it’s so important to their parents. If not, Gideon would have dropped out as soon as they turned seventeen and run off to find some dragons.
16. What does your character do for a living? How do they see their profession? What do they like about it? Dislike?
Gid ends up working part time at the Magical Menagerie once he graduates. He enjoys it well enough. They like being around animals and he even learns quite a bit. But it’s still a little not quite as fun or exciting as chasing dragons.
17. Did they travel? Where? Why? When?
Gid is convinced to fight in the war by his family, which is the only reason he remains in wizarding London. Otherwise he would have gone to Romania. He hasn’t done much travel, but he did take a trip with Fab to France. It was to celebrate their graduation.
18. What did they find abroad, and what did they remember?
Gid remembers very few specifics about the trip. Mostly they remember pigging out with Fabian on French food.
19. What were your character’s deepest disillusions? In life? What are they now?
Everything? Gid is not where they ever planned to be in life. Not at the job they wanted, in a war he never planned. And he never gets to complete his dreams because he dies.
20. What were the most deeply impressive political or social, national or international, events that they experienced?
Canonically, the war. Though really reluctant at first, he eventually does see the need for it. It turns out, he’s not as much of a bystander as he’d liketo believe he is.

45. Is your character pragmatic? Think first? Responsible? All action? A visionary? Passionate? Quixotic?
While Rosemary is nothing if not a visionary, she’s very pragmatic and responsible about the way she conducts herself. Rushing in without a plan never gets anything done and there’s no sense in getting in to trouble when it can be avoided.
46. Is your character tall? Short? What about size? Weight? Posture? How do they feel about their physical body?
Despite her presence, Rosemary is actually shorter than average. She sometimes wears heels or boots to make up for the lack of height. It’s hard to be imposing or reach high shelves when you’re short. She never gains weight, despite all the baked goods she eats. Her posture is surprisingly proper for someone who wasn’t raised in the elite household she belongs to. Rosemary feels her body is fine. She doesn’t care one way or another about it. She doesn’t see herself as pretty, though many others do.
47. Do they want to project an image of a younger, older, more important person? Does they want to be visible or invisible?
Rosemary always tries to act older than she actually is. Is both an answer? Rosemary wants to be visible when it comes to her causes, but otherwise, she would rather be left alone.
48. How are your character’s gestures? Vigorous? Weak? Controlled? Compulsive? Energetic? Sluggish?
Controlled. Rosemary is actually wound up pretty tightly. Every gesture is analyzed so she can figure out what would get her point across best or how to guilt anyone into helping.
49. What about voice? Pitch? Strength? Tempo and rhythm of speech? Pronunciation? Accent?
Rosemary has a cockney accent and a medium pitched voice. She has a musical and soothing way of speaking, until she gets angry. A lot of people try to shame her for her accent, which usually just leads to some choice slang in cockney.
50. What are the prevailing facial expressions? Sour? Cheerful? Dominating?
Bystanders claim Rosemary has a constantly sour expression, if one at all. She doesn’t usually show how she feels and prefers soft smiles to show she’s happy. It’s part of her reserved nature.
