Hey guys!
If you’re not familiar with Pirena, she’s a character in a Philippine TV Show. You can google her to know what she looks like if you want.
So anyway, I saw Michelle Dy made a video on the whole Encantadia Sanggres and made me think what if I did the Pirena that she did!

Fierce Vampy Lips & White Winged Liner Tutorial
Today I’m going to show you how to create this super vampy look with dark oxblood lips and contrasting white cat eye liner. We have a large exchange student population at my college. What I love to see is the levels of modesty in the girls who (I assume, I have not spoken with the girls) are Muslim. There are girls who only cover their hair, then there are the girls that cover their hair and ears and finally, the girls who cover everything but their eyes. I find it interesting. But what I love, is that regardless of how covered they are, I love that you can still tell if they're smiling or not when you smile at them. Side note: the girls, their make up is fucking fierce. It's just, I wish I could get my makeup to look like theirs. They are so sweet and some of them do not speak English very well; one of my friends told me about how someone had told the girls that they looked pretty and they did not say anything. Afterwards, they talked amongst themselves, discussing what "pretty" meant and then realized it was a compliment. PS. I apologize if anything comes off as offensive; I do not mean any harm in anyway, shape or form. I admit that I am ignorant in the ways of which groups of people wear a hijab or hair coverings for modesty.
