She was faltering, everything around her was crashing and as Marlene hit the floor, tears pooling Lily was there, her arms instantly around her and giving the brunette a place to hide her face. There were few people who got to see her like this and it was so evident that Lily knew what to do to make the situation better, even if in this moment, while her parents had just been put in the ground, it felt like nothing was ever going to be better again.

Marlene hadn’t been paying attention, her mind to focused on what the girls would do this weekend at Hogsemede. As McGongall reasked her question it was evident she wasn’t even in the classroom, but once more as she had so many times Lily was there with the answer, taking the attention off of her. Marlene nodded her head in thanks, because she was always there, saving her arse even in the smallest of moments.

☆ - Knocking on their door at 3AM.

Amycus didn’t accept visitors. That was supposed to be obvious. He didn’t accept people in his home and the few that were accepted just showed up inside, the door was rarely used. When he heard the knock he was at first determined to ignore it, when it started again he grabbed his wand, ready to destroy whoever was on the other side. He put on pants as he walked to the door, tossing it open in one quick motion. When he saw the red head he made a disgusted face, crossing his arms over his bare chest. “Get lost. If you come here again you won’t live to make the mistake a third time.” He turned, slamming the door shut behind him before heading back towards his bed, wanting nothing more than to curl back up with Alecto.

♘- fall outfit

Andromeda still prefers skirts over pants and has developed a love of boots recently. She’d go out in a hunter green knee length flared skirt matched with a jumper that takes it’s queues from the color of the skirt. The jumper is chevron patterned with rich fall hues such as mustard yellow and plum. Boots all the way, so she’d pull on a pair of black knee high platform boots. The platform isn’t too big, but she likes the feeling of feeling taller next to her giant husband. Topping it off is a matching hunter green crocheted cap.
