“Do you feel anything?”

Lily stood there in her apartment living room that she had just moved into and she didn’t know what she was doing but Daniel had just told him how he felt and everything she had done to provide the no feelings thing and stop herself from getting hurt but everything she was doing now was fucked since Daniel told her that and she had no clue how to handle it. She could run away from him but that would ruin everything. 

As she stood there she heard the door and she walked towards it and opened it to see Dan standing there, and she sighed before moving aside and letting him in. She put a hand through her hair before looking at him, “What are you doing here Daniel?” She sighed before hearing his words, “Do you feel anything?” She was shocked at the words and she didn’t know what to say, but it hit her, “Of course I feel something, how could I not but what I feel is confused, I don’t know how I feel right now and I don’t like it. I haven’t done the feelings for ages, and now you come along and say this. Dan you’re my best friend ,how could you have feelings for me? This is going to mess everything up.” She sighed a little looking down for a moment.

“I’ll do you one better, I’ll leave you the rest of my lunch. Now you’re fed and have the trash to burn. I wish you the best of luck in your terrible life.”

☆ - Knocking on their door at 3AM.

Amycus didn’t accept visitors. That was supposed to be obvious. He didn’t accept people in his home and the few that were accepted just showed up inside, the door was rarely used. When he heard the knock he was at first determined to ignore it, when it started again he grabbed his wand, ready to destroy whoever was on the other side. He put on pants as he walked to the door, tossing it open in one quick motion. When he saw the red head he made a disgusted face, crossing his arms over his bare chest. “Get lost. If you come here again you won’t live to make the mistake a third time.” He turned, slamming the door shut behind him before heading back towards his bed, wanting nothing more than to curl back up with Alecto.

"You know I’m always here for you, right?”

Though Selina had heard the redhead say similar things before, it was still surprising to her. Not just because of James, though that was certainly part of it. No, it was because she had been so cocooned in her little group of people that the thought of inviting someone else into it was nearly unheard of. “I, yeah, I know,” the brunette said softly. “I appreciate it. I’m just…I’m not there right now.”

1. At Hogwarts, Selina disliked Lily not because of James (though that didn’t help) but rather because she thought Lily didn’t adapt well to the Wizarding World. She also found her a bit of a suck-up and didn’t think she knew how to have fun.

2. After joining the Order, Selina found she would rather be paired up with Lily on things because they at least knew how to get things done and thought similarly. Plus, they both knew how to keep the younger boys in line somewhat well. They end up becoming friends, though Selina is more loathe to admit it than Lily.

3. When Selina finally meets young Harry Potter (after he wins the war, of course), she will be the only one who tells him that he has his mother’s fighting spirit. She will also try not to cry while saying so.
