I was in DC yesterday to look at an exhibition of portraits by Gordon Parks and I happened to upon the staging area for the Parada de las Naciones, which is part of the DC Fiesta. The two-day festival is the largest Latin festival in the nation. I will definitely have to make time to go next year.
