I love disney theme questions /o/!!!! So here we go!
1. Favorite hero/heroine:
My favorite heroines are; Esmeralda and Jane Porter.
And my favorite heroes are; Jim Hawkins and Basil.
2. Favorite official disney princess movie. Tangled!
3. Favorite sidekick/pet. Mmm I think I don't have one, but maybe Angus.
4. Favorite hero/heroine song.
God Help the Outcasts; I simple love it, is beautiful, humble and with a lot of meaning. I love everything about that song.
Feed The Birds; I remember being very sad for the old lady in the song and wanted more than anything to feed the birds, is haunting, with a melancoly tone but also bright, is weird but is like when it rains with sun? Maybe it doesn't make sense hdsfkl Also this instrumental version of the song is so beautiful, here it is if someone wants to hear it (video)
I Won't Say I'm In love; this is always relevant.
Out There; This song brings tears to my eyes, plain and simple. How many times I haven't feel like Quasimodo? I remember the singer went to a local Con and when he sang I literally cry at the end, I really love it.
5. Favorite villain song.
Hellfire; so intense, I like how it start very calm and then it turns so desesperate, showing his true desires, just whoa.
Poor Unfortunate Souls/I Want The Good Times Back (movie and broadway version); Do you know how much fun is to imagine and act those songs? ;u; without seeing the lyrics I memorized them because of the many times I hear them.
Mother Knows Best (Reprise); Is a great song in which we see the true face of Gothel, how hurtful his words are and how they go directly to Rapunzel self esteem. My favorite lyrics are "Why would he likes you? come on, really. Look a you! do you think he is impress?" and "If he's lying don't come crying, mother knows best!"
I like more villians songs but these are my favorites.
6. Opinions on upcoming films? I really want to see the Day of the Death movie /o/! It seems interesting and I think only one movie have talk about that celebration so I'm excited! about Frozen mmm I need to see the trailer.
7. Favorite Pixar film. Mmm I don't think I have a favorite one, I like a lot some of them but I don't think they are my favorites.
10. Do you like any of the sequels? (don’t be shy, I have a soft spot for them myself) Yes I do :D!
Peter Pan: Return to Neverland; is awsome they addressed the war theme, I know other movies have done that it but it was interetsing to see it with Peter Pan. Also I like the song "I'll try"
Cinderella 3; talking about a very good sequels. The fact that they made Cinderella more active is great! she already was but it was interesting to see how she moves to places, get angry, interact with more people, confront her stepmother and ride a horse. I love Cinderella for who she was and with that sequel I love her a litte more. They took the character and put her in a diffent situation and she stills act like Cinderella, we just see her in another evironment, I don't know if I explain myself. Also props for the movie for addressed the most critized aspect of the fairytale and movie; marrying the woman which feet fits in the glass slipper. The Prince is hilarious and more likeable, is great they put him like a kind of crazy, dreamy guy and not only the perfect and charming prince.
11. Favorite quote/line/lyric?
Quote:
Rapunzel: I've been looking out of a window for eighteen years, dreaming about what I might feel like when those lights rise in the sky. What if it's not everything I dreamed it would be? Eugene: It will be. Rapunzel: And what if it is? What do I do then? Eugene: Well, that's the good part I guess. You get to go find a new dream.
