Figaro Introducing their Handcrafted #Afterhourscocktails
One of the most loved Filipino owned cafes Figaro produced a new kind of offering that everyone will surely love.
Figaro knowned mainly as a coffee shop also produced meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their offerings doesn't end there as they now introduce the After Hours Cocktails. I've tried 4 of the cocktails myself and I was beyond satisfied.
First one I've tried is everyone's favorite, the Dark Knight.
I like the look of it and its rich ingredients. I still manage to savor the dark chocolate and chocolate syrup if the brandy is dominant.
Next is the Lechon Kawali. It is soft and juicy pefecs paired with the citrus cocktails.
You can ask their bartender on how strong you want your drink would be. They will gladly assist you and recommend the one that suits your taste
Next is the Crack of Dawn which is very picture-worthy. I like it's tangy and candy taste.
Another one is the Strawberry Fizz. I like it not only because it is strawberry-flavored but also because it tastes like more of a mocktail. I like how it taste sweet with a bit of liquor. I can finish a 3 or more glasses of this!
I also like this drink below. I like it's sweet and sour sensation. It's fruity too.
Last but not the least is another crowd's favorite which is the Pacific Granadilla. It is tequila citrus with Passion fruit. It looks more of a Margarita but with a twist. It is sour, sweet and salty all at the same time.
I love how all the drinks is beautifully presented. The bartender meticulously prepare the drinks and serve it with all smiles.
These are perfect with their very own appetizers below.
Chicken Salpicao is tasty and salty yet delicious. I like its cut and the way it's cooked.

Lechon Kawali is addicting. It's soft and juicy that I almost finished this plate all by myself.
I am impressed how Figaro can produce cocktails with generous amount of liquors also when it comes to their meals and appetizers. I can't wait to try the other cocktails on my next visit.
