How do you generally store your records? I have a small collection and I'm trying to make a call on outer sleeves vs no outer sleeves.

i have three 2x4 storage cube shelves for LPs and a separate storage box for 7 inches! i don't bother with outer sleeves; given the size of my collection i think that trying to maintain covers would send me into a new level of obsessiveness BUT! i would recommend investing in nice inner sleeves regardless (something i desperately need to do as many of the used records i've picked up over the years have been missing them); vinyl storage solutions are pricey but are definitely some of the best on the market

hey sam! i started doing that couch to 5k thing you talked about and it's also helped me so much with anxiety.... the whole having a routine, working toward something, and exercising endorphins... anyway this is just to say BIG thank you, i don't think i would've heard about it otherwise, i've already noticed a substantial change in my life ☺️

omg im so glad!!!!!! starting a routine around excersize really changed things for me just getting up in the morning and getting something done that was a personal goal just for me helped so much with reorganizing my life and giving me a little direction and beating my executive dysfunction. Rethinking excersizing as something that is mostly mental self care and not something ... physicallly punishing that you should do to make ur body fit a certain shape.. really helped me so much. its good!!! doctors are right excersize is helpful.
