Warm up - kicks fast and movement.

Fight Club 123
Big class; ~27 students. Did a good warm up then did 17 straight rounds with 4 rounds of plank and jumping jacks. Ended with 20 good pushups. Good night. They got sweaty.
Fight Club 115
Great class tonight. Had a huge turnout with about 20 students. We did a good warm up and then did 18 or so fights in a row. Plenty sweaty tonight. Loved it.
Fight Club 114
First class back for the 2019 year. Decent size. Had some real misfits in class tonight. Trouble focusing and listening. Going to work on it and get tougher with them.
Tried to work on ‘fake’ - did not go well.
Fight Club 113
Big class. Had about 14 people. Warmed up with some running and different types of movement. The broke into pairs and sparred for 1:00 rounds for about 30 rounds.
Fight Club 112
Small class. We drilled some footwork by doing some ladder drills, and some ring kick fakes and cone hops. Then drilled a side step round kick and side kicks on the heavy bag.
Fight Club 106
Did a good warmup, run with medballs then Russian twists.
Did spinning back kick drill on the bag then did head movement drills after 5x rounds of free sparring.
