I don’t know if you’re still doing that Rebels Ask Game, but I did notice you hadn’t crossed out a few (and I’m kinda curious) 💛
22. What is one of your favorite Zeb moments?
30. Most underrated episode
Hi!!! I'm so happy to see you again! (Ship week was long - fun! - but long.)
Well, this is an old game, but I'd love to do this tonight. I'm always, always, always open to talking about Rebels. ☺️
And it's such a joy to get an Ask! Thank you for sending this!! What a sweet surprise!
22. Zeb! Gosh, I love him. I wish we'd gotten more of him in live action, but I'm excited about the possibility of seeing him on the big screen next, next spring.
Legends of the Lasat is one of my favorite episodes, and I have always loved this particular moment, this conversation between Zeb and Ezra. It's heartbreaking to finally learn what happened to Zeb and Lasan, but it's also so moving that it's Ezra who he opens up to because of the antagonistic way their relationship began.
We didn't ever get as much Zeb as we did the other Spectres, but what we did get was so lovely. His character developed so much from just angry and violent to soft, loyal, and loving.
30. Most Underrated Episode
All of them? lol I'll always believe that Rebels deserves more credit that it usually gets in the Star Wars fandom; however, if I have to pick one episode alone that's underrated, I'll always pick Fighter Flight. SO MUCH happens in that one. Ezra uses the Force intentionally for the first time. They acquire the TIE that saves Kanan at the end of the season (and develops Sabine and Ezra's relationship). Sabine paints the mural in their room. Cute Kanera parental banter. And last but not least, shenanigans that bring Ezra and Zeb to an understanding that eventually gets them to the moment above in Legends of the Lasat.
