Back to basics
So still being sore after 4 days tells me that I am not quite ready for this program. It is the highest level that can be considered ok for beginners and with a history of MMA and hikes over the past year I thought I would be ready for it. Turns out I both overestimated myself (I did have 4 weeks off due to being sick) and underestimated the program (saw a time lapse of a “Gamer v’s Fighter’s Codex and thought it wouldn’t be too hard. But time lapses don’t show the number of reps and sets)
So I am putting the fighter’s codex on hold and doing the easiest program and will work my way up from there. So Foundation Light it is. The lowest level but still something more than what I was doing before.
