Day 3 So many push ups, Too many push ups
So I decided to do the workout first thing in the morning because I am working late today but when I looked at the work out I wanted to crawl back into bed. A total of 25 push ups per set. And at the lowest level you have to do 5 SETS! That's 125 push ups!
I can (with a lot of difficulty) do maybe 20 in a row and the tiles are slippery in the lounge room. So I chickened out and did them on my knees. And that's not as easy as in appears. My arms are shaking!
None the least, I did it! And again with the help of another awesome playlist from Kpop Playlists on youtube.
