✓ - How do they react to praise?
Depending on his age at the time and who gives him the praise, he gladly takes the praise well. Especially, if it is someone he cares about, because he wants to make them proud. If he’s been praised after his time in Skaagos or during the time, he’s likely to react to the praise with a confused expression on his face.
✕ - How do they handle rejection?
Not very well, to be honest. Yet, it depends on whom the person is.

It was past midnight and the rest of the gang was asleep (Or taking random walks on their own because apparently some of them had death wishes). Shireen couldn’t sleep, though, and so she had climbed out of her sleeping bag and made her way over to the car. A look of surprise appeared on her face when she noticed Kyra sitting crossed legged on the trunk, looking up at the sky. A smile slowly replaced the initial shock on her face as she made her way over to the girl, hopping up to sit on the car next to her.
"Lovely night." She whispered, more from not wanting to ruin this peaceful moment than from worrying about her teammates waking up. She leaned her head onto Kyra’s shoulder and looked up at the sky. She didn’t do this kind of thing anymore. She didn’t sit around with her friends and talk or look around her and appreciate what she saw. There are more important things to tend to. She reminded herself. Today had been hard on all of them, though, so she allowed herself these few moments of tranquility.
"I’m really glad you’re here, ya know?" She didn’t do that either, the whole praise thing. Everyone knew she appreciated them, so why did she have to point it out? She pulled away from her friend to inspect her reaction, and she mimicked the girl’s small frown. “Is something the matter?” She asked. Kyra shook her head, but Shireen was still unconvinced.
Annoyed at the girl’s discomfort, she suddenly grabbed her chin and leaned in for a kiss. Where that had come from, she had no clue. It seemed right at that moment, but now that the awkwardness in the air was the there, she thought it was time for her to retire.
She jumped off the hood, mildly unsettled at her own actions and the look of disbelief on Kyra’s face. “I meant it, by the way. We’re all lucky to have you.” And with that she turned around and walked away, silently praying she hadn’t ruined anything.

Snowflakey thing
Send me a “❆” and my character will respond to hearing that your character is spending the holidays alone.
The declaration had been slipped into casual conversation, but Shireen couldn’t help but frown at it. She was so used to hearing about people spending the holidays with their families and friends, that it seemed confusing for someone to be all on their own when the time finally came. Even with her hectic family, Shireen couldn’t really say she had spent it alone.
She didn’t have time to think before she blurted out, “You should come to my flat then!”. She was only disappointed with how loud the words came out and not the fact that they did come out. “It’d be sad to spend the time alone. You can come over toy m place.” She returned to her sandwich eating, trying to appear less awkward, “If you want to, of course.”
