So, for anyone interested in my omegaverse AU that I've been writing (not the main AU of this blog but I like sharing all my sonic fanfic stuff here), I made a list of the a/b/o roles I've given every character so far:

Sonic= omega (pretending to be an alpha)

Shadow= alpha

Amy= omega

Tails= beta

Surge= programed to be an alpha (original role unknown, possibly omega?)

Kit= programed to be an omega (born a beta but reprogrammed before he was old enough to present)

Rouge= beta

Knuckles= alpha

Lanolin= beta

Jewel= beta

Tangle= omega

Whisper= omega

Silver= omega (the hormones are less strong in his time)

Blaze= beta? (Roles don't exist in the Sol Dimension)

Espio= beta

Vector= beta

Vanilla= omega

Charmy and Cream are too young to present yet.

I need it to be understood. Last night my husband showed me that video by saltydkdan. This morning over breakfast he looks at me very seriously and this conversation happens.

Him: So I've been thinking about how you'll resolve the issue of the control collars in your fanfic.

Me: I've already got a plan for—

Him: No, just hear me out. Knuckles breaks into a facility of Eggman’s and he sees a collared alpha in a cage, a monkey...

Me: Wait...

Him: And there will be a pile of dirt nearby that he can dig into with his shovel claws, and he'll dig up a device with an Eggman insignia on it...

Me: Babe...

Him: And it says "Collar destruction switch. Press to destroy."

Me, head in my hands, trying not to crack up: .......but what does it do?

Him, completely deadpan: I'm glad you asked, you see—

Slight spoiler for chapter 12 of Fighting Instincts if you haven't read it yet. That's my 18+ omegaverse sonadow fanfic, just as a warning. I'm feeling a bit under the weather, but I wanted to draw out this powerful scene from my fanfic because the mental image stood out so strongly that I had a dream about it after writing it.

I think I'm getting better at drawing backgrounds, which proves you're never too old to grow your skills lmao.

So I made these OCs originally just as like background characters in a fanfic I've been writing, but I really started to love them a lot. I had to draw them and might make them more relevant or reuse them.

The fanfic in question is a Sonadow, but before I link it here, I must warn you: it IS 18+, it is omegaverse, it is going to have at least a couple of smut chapters (the main focus is the romance/drama/action), and it's much more adult than the content I post here! I should be posting the final chapter to Fighting Instincts tonight and I have big feelings about it. It's very sweet, and spicy at the end. I'm going to cry.
