I’ve written a first sample draft of a lesson about figured bass, and I’d definitely appreciate some feedback on the readability of the text and the usefulness of the examples! It’s a really rough draft, and I haven’t really proofread it yet, but it’s the kind of thing that I’d want to model educational videos from, so I’d really appreciate it if you took a look and let me know what you think!

Happy new year everyone!
I took a bit of a break because of christmas and then new year, but I'm back now:)
Here is some work on figured bass and a beautiful view outside my window.
Me: *studying for my music history exam*
My dad: *looking at my study sheets* yeah i know what that is
My dad: *is a CFO who doesn’t know SQUAT about music*
Me: so you could tell me some of these definitions then.
My dad: ...yes
Me: ok then... this one’s easy. what is ‘figured bass’?
My dad: ...
My dad: a shaped drum
