Project #longhorse 47 hrs in. I cleaned up my area started cutting my frame splices then decided I should mock up the stretch and quickly realized that I have gotten myself into quite a pickle. The body on the front half is wanting to pinch in towards the frame, when I lift the body, the frame comes with it. After removing the rot, I have very little material to lever against to separate them. Similar issue on the back, except here the issue is that without the front tied to it, the rear suspension has nothing resisting it from unweighting. So the rear is much higher then the front, I can tip the spliced area down, but it’s at quite an angle. The only thing I can think of is letting air out of the tires. Regardless, aligning this whole thing by myself is going to be a circus.
