A bit of Light
When I have started my journey in my twenties as a sales professional,I was nothing. I had very ordinary educational background and obviously had immatured mind.
I have learned throughout my journey, that a successful business person should have three quatilies.Number one,Positive Mentality, Number two is Healthy Body and number three is knowledge of Finance.
I know, which I am sharing is cliche. But experiences are worthy of repetition. The definition of businessman according to Oxford dictionary is “a man who works in business, especially at a high level” or “a man who is skillful in business and finanacial matters”. So, it implies that, high level of working requires mental and physical vitality as well as financial literacy.
Throughout my journey I met several successful and failure personalities.I will share all the characteristics and will discuss the common traits of those people.
Be strict with yourself regarding paying your bills on time. Late payment fees will increase your monthly payments.
Global-lies (Part 2)
Last week we ended noting mass media’s part-blame of pursuing profits above truth and educational content1,4, whilst appreciating our very own individual contributions to a world that is now stuck in extreme polarities of rich-poor. This reality is still ignored and indeed exacerbated, like for example where US student loans are used to subsidise financial fraud. Indeed these and other “bubbles” like over-valuation of stocks, maniacal derivative markets, etc., are still to manifest much more drama in the next few months and years.
The global lie of privatisation across nations has still to reveal its full systemic effect. Tax payers, across countries are experiencing the tip of the iceberg so to speak – think about: the fact that the pension funds of the elderly has been used to prop-up growth data of GDP’s of nations, listed corporations, etc.; our youth virtually forced to take loans and unable to get a basic job; the failing levels of healthcare in the US & UK for the elderly is another problem being ignored; the abuse of our natural resources have been depleted to a point where species have been harvested to extinction; our water tables are threatened, which is technically a “public good” politicians have privatised, so too with plants and seeds – the basis of an impending food security bubble. Perhaps this will be part of the “2nd wave of crap“ that we will learn about in the near future. The point is that we all should firstly agree that, our globally common challenges of sustainable survival as a species lie “embedded in how we are taught to think”. As individuals we are capable of great things and wild innovations, yet most of us are content to leave such innate qualities to entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, etc. Most of us prefer to be given the facts, without knowing that these “facts” are not truths, but data presented as being the truth. Our laziness to think for ourselves, reinforced by a falsely created need to only seek out infotainment4, is where we must take our part culpability in the evolving, Global Grand Ball of Crap (GGBOC). The current US presidential race is another example of the same mindlessness of modern media-drunk1,4 society. Only when the proverbial GGBOC hit the fan, will we ask – how did it happen? It happened on our watch so to speak, it happened in plain sight, it happened over years of preferring to lounge aimlessly as opposed to remain explorers and retaining our natural exploratory instincts1,4. We are biologically wired to be explorers1, but unfortunately our genetic code seemed to have dosed-off for a few hundred years, bringing us full-circle to re-discover our sentience of being. This unfolding understanding will allow us to “re-set” the current unnatural cruelty of hoarding versus sharing, clearly driven by self-interest. Our mechanically flawed, but highly ingrained mental model of how the world works, is the main culprit of our global socio-economic enslavement1-4, yet no one talks about it, except a handful of concerned movements, individuals, & scientists1. If we are individually honest, then we will intuitively feel, know and see how our silence on self-interest, allow harmful social and political forces to shape and define our very learning5. The ugly truth is that globalisation is really corporate piracy of the planet. More directly, it is when the so-called 1st world countries like the US, UK, Germany, Japan, etc., can sell more goods and products to poorer countries, the so-called 3rd world countries (e.g. Africa, Indonesia, etc.). It is a legal process whereby local businesses in developing nations are bankrupted by virtue of subsidised 1st world corporate expansion, resulting in dominating the “host country”1. This is only the obvious cost, consider costs like: loss of local tradition, language and culture in pursuit of the Hollywood-life. The poison pill of globalisation is supposedly to bring to the rest of the world advantages like: free trade; instant mass media; reduction in war & terror? Such poisonous remedies are finally being recognised as pure, unadulterated nonsense1. In other words, deceptions and lies to turn ever more people into consumer zombies. Other detrimental features include: planetary-wide environmental destruction1; Creating competitive tensions between Nations for cheaper labor1.
