The Brigadier returned home feeling energetic and excited. As muchas breaking into UNIT archives was supposed to be a bad thing, he could not help but feel it was the best thing he'd doen in years.

Not only had he had the pelasure of seeing Sarah Jane Smith again - she really was a remarcable woman, that one - but he had also gotten to shoot an alien nd participate in a car chase. Nothing could be better.

Unlocking the front door, he hummed quietly two himself as he got inside and took off his coat.

Leaking classified information to UNIT’s enemies both foreign and domestic.  Romana’s eyes were imploring the other woman to see the truth; however, the mountain of evidence weighing over the Time Lady like the sword of Damocles was... well, rather damning.  “Why would I? I’ve my own planet to run.  I’ve absolutely no reason to risk it all.  Someone very clearly wants me out of the game.” She exhaled a frustrated sigh.  The idea of being vulnerable; stripped bare and on a planet that was not her own did not bode well.  “Could you please contact Coordinator Narvin, at the very least.... please?”

I’m giving you two because they’re both so weird out of context, lol. A gold star for anyone who guesses what either of these fics are about!

Bernie vaguely hears the group laugh as Serena explains that this position keeps the hands perfectly spaced, while providing a bit of fun for both parties, distracted as she is by the warmth of Serena’s smooth skin.

And all around were women, laughing and shouting and throwing money at the oiled bodies of mostly naked men.

                    The light flashing alerts her to Kate’s presence. She doesn’t hear the door - her hearing aids are never on when she’s in her cave - or what Kate says as more than a murmur. A jumble of sounds that she can’t make sense of. She reaches for the aids, fiddling with them until they fit over her ears and ring with the adjustment. It’s unpleasant, and Eloria visibly winces, but she turns her attention back to Kate as soon as she’s sorted.
