Chocolate Cherry Milkshakes
Sometimes baking with even four little ingredients is still just too much...you know, like the week you bring a newborn home from the hospital. It doesn't mean that your 2.5-year-old doesn't still want his #fikafriday treat...and let's face it, breastfeeding is hungry work.
So, what's an equally hungry and exhausted mama to do?
Pull out every decently tasty ingredient in her almost empty kitchen and blend!
What did we come up with? Only one of the best milkshakes any of us had ever sucked down!
This recipe doesn't call for amounts, so it just depends on your taste. Because when I make up a recipe, I like to live dangerously. 😎
Chocolate Cherry Milkshakes
• Coconut yogurt
• Frozen (or fresh) cherries
• Nutella
• Semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (imported from Texas 😂)
• Vanilla or any fitting flavor of ice cream
• Milk (I used almond)
Consider this the quick and easy "suicide" of fika treats and add or subtract ingredients to your liking. Bon appétit!
