5 Otome Men I Adore
Thanks so much to @pseudofaux for the tag! I loved reading your list and reasons for adoring these amazing 2D men. And a giant yes to Honda Tadakatsu! I, too, live for him and his masochistic ways 🤣 Here’s my roster!
1. Lucien (Mr Love: Queen’s Choice)
No other man compares. Occupies my entire heart and owns my ass. Tall, dark, handsome, powerful, perceptive and a genius; came in with his suave ways and silver tongue to sweep all other 2D men from my mind. Yes sir, this man can do whatever he wants with me, please and thank you 😆
2. Shinsaku Takasugi (Era of Samurai: Code Of Love)
So much love for this guy for so many reasons. A highly intelligent and cultured badass who isn’t afraid to raise Hell for what he believes in. Truly respects MC and sees/treats her as an equal, a comrade, not just his lover. Comes up with ingenious plots and has the chutzpah to pull them off with finesse. All panties in the room drop when he plays that shamisen.
3. Kyosuke Takatsukasa (Rose In The Embers)
Dapper and debonair, Kyosuke also has zero f*cks to give when it comes to the expectations society and his title have for him, especially when they try to dictate who he should love. Born to break the mould, the man strives to make his own way in life through his own efforts. Plus, I live for the way he teases. Also (SPOILER ALERT!!): sex in a boathouse.
4. Luke Foster (Kissed By The Baddest Bidder)
This guy is all types of crazy and I love him for it, but especially because he’s crazy for MC. His proposal story was an entire angst train and you know I’m down for that ride. Don’t even get me started on what happens when Luke gets jealous 🔥🔥🔥
5. Sosuke Kikuchi (Finally, In Love Again)
This guy has been loving MC for practically his entire life, pining away and patiently trying to get her attention via sweet, secret gestures that are only revealed at the very end of the story to deliver a swift kick between your legs in the best of ways. Plus: Olympic sailor (just LOOK at that CG!!)
