OneDrive is a Microsoft Cloud Storage Service that allows you to store and host any File or Photo and access them from any device, anywhere, by using a Microsoft Account.
On Windows 10, OneDrive automatically pauses File Synchronization if your Device goes into Battery Saver Mode, if you set up your Network Connection with limited data usage (Metered Connection) or even if you enter Airplane Mode.
OneDrive automatically syncs your files from your PC to the Cloud. However, this can take up a large part of your Bandwidth and sometimes you need to pause File Syncing, either because your connection is generally slow or if really large files are being uploaded.
