I have enclosed a revised version of the paperwork I gave you.

As I stated, there is thirty day period after filing which gives the Respondent (your husband) a chance to come forward. I am sorry but, the law places this restriction with thought for both parties. It is also, I believe, a safe guard put in place in order to give both parties time to reflect on their decision in regards to the matter. 

Please fill out and bring to me, the paperwork when you are ready to proceed with this action.

Again, I am sorry that you are going through this. Also, I state once more for the record that I am not a barrister or practitioner of law and in no way seek to hold myself out as one. This paperwork is a notification to the parties involved and to the City of Silvermoon that you seek legal means to separate from your marriage.
