This Bacon Cheeseburger Crock Pot Dip is a creamy and savory dip that combines the flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger in an easy-to-make crock pot version. Perfect for game day parties or any gathering where you want to impress your guests with a delicious and hearty appetizer.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1 cup diced onion. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1 cup diced pickles. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup cream cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup ketchup. 2 tablespoons mustard. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Fry the onions and ground beef in a pan until the onions are clear and the beef is cooked all the way through. Get rid of extra fat. Put the onions and beef that have been cooked in a crock pot. Put diced tomatoes, pickles, and bacon bits into the crock pot. Add the mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to a different bowl and mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until everything is well mixed. Put the cream cheese mixture into the crock pot and mix it all around with a spoon. Stir the dip every so often for two to three hours over low heat, until it is hot and bubbly. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle broken up cheddar cheese on top of the dip. To serve, melt the cheese and heat the dip all the way through. You can do this with tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
